From Oslo to Cape Town and from Canberra to Reykjavik the HR world is embracing this day. It has started me thinking, I am a Distinguished HR Professional (DHRP) Award recipient for the Human Resources Professionals Association (Ontario). I am personally very happy to acknowledge this day as a certified member of the CIPD (UK), CPHR (Canada), SHRM (USA) and CPHR (Australia).
